About Us

The mission of the Yuvoice Sentinel (nonprofit) is to run the world’s largest citizen journalism network, publishing high-quality, award-winning stories from real people around the world. We aim to break the news daily from humans living through history (there’s always a reason why this writer is contributing to the pieces we publish), sharing poignant mental health experiences, relevant career journeys, and occasional avant-garde fiction and poems. 

The Yuvoice Sentinel also aims to successfully create and run world-class changemaker communities by leading, interviewing, and training moderators to lead teams for tangible impact on the Yuvoice platform. Yuvoice (nonprofit) will also stay on top of consumer feedback and trends to advise Yuvoice (for-profit) on what the algorithm should look like, new product features, and key strategies to ensure our social platform stays healthy, impactful, and ethical.
